Sheriff Jack Harlan announces the arrest of Ryan P Loveless 38 y/o W/M from Hilliard, OH on November 8th at approximately 09:06 PM. Knox County Sheriff’s Office Investigators had gained information that Loveless was communicating with 15 and 16 year old minors and traveled across state lines to Illinois to have sexual intercourse with the minors. Further information was gained that Loveless planned on bringing his infant, due to not having a babysitter.
