DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio — A 20-year-old man was sentenced to at least 15 years in prison for running over and killing a man last year, the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office announced Tuesday.
Joshua Harper, of Westerville, pleaded guilty to murder in the death of 37-year-old Matthew Cox last July. Following his guilty plea, Delaware County Common Pleas Court Judge James Schuck gave Harper a mandatory sentence of life in prison with parole eligibility after 15 years.
