Most adults have used a notary at some point when signing documents. That could have been when signing a mortgage or documents with your bank when buying a car or house. Or it could include documents such as a trust or powers of attorney.
Regardless of when you have used a notary, there are a few changes coming to the Ohio notary laws. Specifically, the changes are effective April 3 and clarify a lot of questions that had come up in regards to notaries.
