NWS to survey damage in Ohio from severe storms Sunday, thousands still without power

OHIO — The National Weather Service will conduct surveys in a few Ohio counties after severe storms with damaging wind gusts, heavy rain and hail hit the state Sunday night.

The first survey will be conducted in northern Butler County through Warren County and into northwest Clinton County. NWS said there was reported damage in Monroe, Waynesville and Harveysburg.

The second survey will focus on southern Warren County into Clinton County. There was damaged reported in Mason, Morrow and New Vienna, NWS said…
