COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — The sales tax rate in Franklin County will rise 0.5% starting on April 1. For most areas, including Columbus, that will put the sales tax at 8%.
The change, which was approved by voters in November, will provide the funding to begin the LinkUS transportation modernization and improvement projects.
