(WJW)- Three Ohio-based companies have been named among Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® 2025 .
The media outlet reported the latest list isn’t based on “having the flashiest perks, a prestigious brand name, or the most charismatic CEO” but instead highlights companies they found to have “trusted” leadership that goes “above and beyond to nurture talent.”

Among the list in Ohio are The Progressive Corporation (16) in Mayfield Village, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (28) in Columbus, and IGS Energy (79) in Dublin.
The list also includes many employers who are not based in Ohio, but have Ohio locations or job opportunities such as Hilton , which was named at the very top of the list, as well as Delta Air Lines (15), Sheetz, Inc (40), and more .
