COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — While electric scooters and bikes may make life more convenient for people in downtown Columbus and the Short North, those who travel by wheelchair said they’re a nuisance.
“People just tend to stop wherever they stop and drop the scooter wherever they drop it, without regard to where it is or whether or not it’s in anybody’s way,” said Chuck Fairbanks, who has lived downtown since 1998.
