Plane runs out of fuel, lands near Reynoldsburg cornfield

REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio — The pilot of a small airplane landed in a cornfield near Reynoldsburg after running out of fuel on Wednesday, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

OSHP says a single-engine airplane landed in a cornfield off Taylor Road SW, north of Route 40, just before 2:30 p.m.

There was only one person on board the plane and no injuries were reported…
