WHITEHALL, Ohio — The man who is accused of shooting at another man in an apparent road rage situation on Interstate 70 Tuesday morning made his first court appearance Wednesday morning.
That suspect, 33-year-old DeWayne Pittman, was arrested in Whitehall.
