COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) – To help keep local dogs healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations, the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center is hosting a free drive-thru vaccine clinic this Friday.
The drive-thru will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will be by appointment only. The clinic will offer the Canine DA2PP, bordetella and rabies vaccines. Once an owner registers their dog, an exact location will be provided, according to the shelter.
Friendly, attention-loving dog is up for adoption
All dogs must be owned in Franklin County, must be on a leash during the clinic, and will stay in the vehicle. The shelter’s post on social media noted that appointments are limited. One time slot is available per person, but multiple dogs are allowed. Unregistered dogs will not be vaccinated.
