Columbus, Ohio (WSYX) — A pedestrian was fatally struck by a sport utility vehicle on the I-670 exit ramp to Dublin Road on Thursday morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:52 a.m. when the adult victim was crossing the roadway outside of a crosswalk.
