Following a 2-day trial, a Delaware County jury found 41-year-old Columbus resident, Gerald Siler, Jr., guilty of 2 counts of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence (OVI), both felonies of the fourth degree.
Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested Siler on April 13, 2024, after responding to a report of a vehicle running off the road. The responding officer reported smelling alcohol coming off of Siler and observing him being unsteady on his feet with glassy and bloodshot eyes.
