A building included on the National Register of Historic Places has been approved to transform to a residential apartment.
The former YMCA, located Downtown at 40 W. Long St., was constructed in 1924. After nearly 100 years, it closed in 2019, citing the need to move its residents due to the age and condition of the historic building.
