COLUMBUS, Ohio — Mayor Andrew Ginther has submitted legislation to the Columbus City Council to update zoning regulations for 160 parcels along the state Route 161/East Dublin-Granville Road corridor in the Northland neighborhood.
The zoning updates aim to expand housing, promote mixed-use development and support transit access.
