COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Joseph Moore, the man accused of hitting and killing a Grove City couple on New Year’s Day, is now facing four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Moore appeared in court for the first time since the incident, where he pleaded not guilty to the upgraded charges, which also include two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI).
The tragic event occurred around 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day when Keith and Joey Klatt’s car became disabled in the middle of an intersection. Moore’s pickup truck struck their vehicle with such force that it pushed the Klatt’s car out of the intersection, resulting in their deaths…
