HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A serious three-vehicle crash occurred on US-23 northbound near SR 762 in Pickaway County on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at approximately 6:49 p.m., resulting in injuries and the arrest of one driver for operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI).
According to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, the incident involved a 2019 Buick SUV driven by David A. Feyh, 66, of Columbus, a 2024 Honda SUV driven by Shawnee Cosby-Davis, 57, of Columbus, and a 2023 Ford F-150 driven by Pat Carroll, 62, of North Augusta, South Carolina. The crash took place on a straight, level section of the two-way road under clear weather and daylight conditions.
The sheriff’s report states that Feyh, operating the Buick, was observed driving erratically and making aggressive lane changes. Witnesses reported that Feyh lost control while attempting to change lanes in front of Cosby-Davis’s Honda, striking both her vehicle and Carroll’s Ford F-150. The impact caused the Buick and Honda to veer off the roadway, coming to rest in a cornfield with significant damage and airbag deployment.
