Ohio Senate cuts $10 million for childcare but gives $20 million to faith-based fatherhood program: Today in Ohio

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Ohio Senate just dropped a $20 million proposal to teach men how to be better dads — complete with Bible verses, prayers and a whole lot of faith-based funding.
