Driver of stolen car arrested on drug charges in southeast Ohio

IRONTON, Ohio (WSAZ) – The driver of a stolen car from the Columbus area was arrested Sunday in Ironton on drug charges, the Ironton Police Department said.

Police said the arrest was made around 8:30 p.m.

Officers seized more than 52 grams of cocaine from the driver’s front door panel, which they discovered was loose. A blue latex glove in the shape of a ball fell out of that door panel, police said. Inside was a clear baggie containing what was field tested for cocaine…
