COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTRF) — The Ohio State Highway Patrol will increase enforcement efforts and focus on impaired driving during the Fourth of July holiday reporting period, beginning at midnight on Thursday, July 3, and continuing through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 6.
The Patrol’s zero-tolerance stance is part of the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign, aimed at removing impaired drivers from the road and reducing preventable crashes.
