Columbus, Ohio – Governor Mike DeWine has issued an order for U.S. and Ohio flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Scioto County Commissioner Cathy Coleman, who passed away recently. The directive applies to all public buildings and grounds throughout Scioto County and includes key government locations in Columbus, such as the Ohio Statehouse, the Vern Riffe Center, and the Rhodes State Office Tower.
“This order will remain in effect until sunset on the day of her funeral, July 11, 2025,” the Governor’s statement confirmed.
