HARTFORD, Conn. (WKRC) — A company recalled bread that was sold in 12 states, including Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.
According to the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Hartford Bakery, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of six lots of its “Lewis Bake Shop Artisan Style 1/2 Loaf” due to the presence of undeclared hazelnuts.
The recall affects products distributed across several states, including the following, per the agency:
