COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A grand jury indicted three men on Thursday for their involvement in a fatal shooting on Polaris Parkway.
The state has charged and indicted a previously known suspect and two additional men in the murder of Joseph Suiter, 26, on July 9. Suiter was shot to death at an apartment complex near the Target parking lot on the 1400 block of Polaris Parkway. See previous coverage in the video player above.
At the time of the shooting, police arrested 19-year-old Elijah Roberts, who was charged with aggravated murder after surrendering voluntarily. The state also charged Ali Mustaf Mohamed, 19, of one count each of aggravated robbery and murder, and Michael Bernard Chaney of one count of obstructing justice.
