Deondre Drakeford Named Principal of Berwick Alternative Elementary School
CCS is proud to announce the appointment of Deondre Drakeford as Principal of Berwick Alternative Elementary School. With a background in instructional leadership, student mentorship, and restorative practices, Mr. Drakeford brings a student-centered and collaborative approach to school leadership.
Mr. Drakeford comes to CCS from Gamble Montessori Elementary School in Cincinnati where he served as Assistant Principal. He coached teachers, facilitated professional development, led data-driven instruction meetings, and played an integral role in coordinating Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) as well as monthly restorative peer groups.
