COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Court records reveal that Ricardo Ramirez, the teenager accused of fatally shooting 39-year-old Alejandro Lopez-Lechuga, has been transferred to adult court.
Ramirez was 16 years old when he was charged with the shooting, which occurred in northeast Columbus.
