COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A home on Wrexham Drive in West Columbus has become an unofficial dumping ground, causing frustration among neighbors and postal workers alike.
Frank Glover, a USPS driver who has been delivering mail on Wrexham Avenue for three years, said the situation has worsened in recent months.
