CCS assistant principal indicted on obstruction charges in connection to husband’s criminal case

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Columbus City Schools assistant principal is facing charges of obstructing justice and intimidation of a crime victim or witness, according to court records.

Marcia Davis, an assistant principal at World Language Middle School, was indicted on Friday. She faces two counts of obstructing justice, both third-degree felonies, and two counts of intimidation of a crime victim or witness — one a first-degree misdemeanor, the other a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
