COLUMBUS, Ohio — A rainbow-painted crosswalk at the intersection of Lane and Waldeck avenues just off Ohio State’s campus has been covered in a black tar-like material.
The city received 311 reports of the graffiti on Monday, said Randy Borntrager, deputy director of the City of Columbus Department of Public Service.
