OHIO — A Richmond woman is facing multiple charges after reportedly stealing an ambulance overnight.
According to Richmond Police, the incident began near the Wayne County Jail when staff were approached by 43-year-old Amanda Kirkendall, who asked to be taken to the hospital. When Richmond Fire Department medics arrived, they called for law enforcement assistance.
Police say Kirkendall jumped into the ambulance and drove off before officers could intervene. A pursuit ensued, ending at the hospital, where she was taken into custody…
