OHIO — A shooting early Friday morning in Hamilton sent one person to the hospital and brought out SWAT teams as police searched for a suspect.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the 1200 block of Franklin Street around 2 a.m. after reports of a man running through the street saying he had been shot. The victim was taken to Fort Hamilton Hospital and later flown to Dayton for additional treatment. His condition has not been released.
Around 3 a.m., SWAT units surrounded a home near the scene and remained there for about three hours before clearing the area. A person of interest was located and taken to the Hamilton Police Department for questioning…
