Ohio – An Ohio man was arrested and charged with murder after prosecutors say he shot and kiIIed 23-year-old RacheI during a gathering. The defendant, 23-year-old O. Horrne, appeared in court for arraignment last Friday, where a judge set his bond at $1 million.
Police said officers were dispatched to the home in Ohio at about 10:45 p.m. last week for reports of a shooting. When first responders arrived they found the young victim with a gunshot wound. Emergency personnel attempted life-saving measures, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Ohio authorities and the police news release, detectives secured the home, collected physical evidence and interviewed people who were at the residence that night.
