Columbus, OH – As National Move Over Day approaches this Friday, October 18, the Ohio State Highway Patrol is reminding drivers that flashing lights on the roadside mean it’s time to slow down and shift lanes — because someone’s life may depend on it.
According to the Patrol, a recent video shows a vehicle failing to move over or reduce speed while construction workers were actively on site. The driver was cited, and officials are using the footage to emphasize the importance of Ohio’s Move Over law.
