COLUMBUS, Ohio (WOIO) -Ohio Senate Bill 93 (SB93) was introduced this week and looks to eliminate all school levies taxpayers are currently funding, and replace them with a flat statewide rate.
Very early in the process, the bill would also add 1.75% to the current state sales tax to further fund schools.
