After more than a decade of burlesque, drag, live music and late-night karaoke, Bossy Grrl’s Pin Up Joint will close its doors Dec. 13, the owners announced in a social media post Oct. 31.
The Old North Columbus mainstay described the decision as bittersweet, thanking supporters “who donated time, money, or love along the way,” and said the closure would give staff and performers time to make other arrangements.
“Bossy Grrl’s has always been more than a bar,” the post read. “It’s a home for misfits, artists, and dreamers — a state of mind that can’t be contained by four walls.”…
