A Franklin County grand jury has charged the uncle of a 6-month-old girl with murder after court records say he shook the baby, causing fatal injuries.
Adulfo Hernandez, 37, previously had been charged with endangering children in connection with the child’s injuries. On Oct. 31, a grand jury indicted Hernandez on one count of murder in connection with the girl’s death.
