Mark Tersigni, a 34-year-old Columbus resident, has been convicted of stalking a Miami University student and her roommates. Tersigni received a sentence of 60 days in jail and five years of community control.
Oxford Police Department records show that Tersigni first became a suspect in November 2024 when one of the victims reported him to Oxford police. He was seen on a Ring doorbell walking by the victim’s house and looking through her windows.
Tersigni is recorded to have visited Oxford more than 70 times in less than three years, though he may not have engaged in stalking on each occasion…
