OHIO — The FBI and Dayton Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a man considered “armed and dangerous” in connection with a deadly shooting earlier this year.
Authorities are searching for 38-year-old Quandric Lavar Morris-Ogelsby, who is wanted in the death of Kayson Webb on April 5 at a bar in the 1900 block of North Main Street in Dayton.
According to Dayton police, Morris-Ogelsby allegedly shot and killed Webb following a dice game inside the establishment. Investigators said he left the scene and went to a friend’s home in Middletown, where his vehicle was later found…
