COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Columbus police are investigating the death of an newborn who was found buried Monday afternoon on the North Side.
According to an incident report, officers were called to the 4000 block of Karl Road about 1 p.m. on a report of a teen mother who had miscarried the week before and had buried the remains of the infant at the property.
Officers discovered a shallow grave that contained the body of an infant, who was pronounced dead by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office.
