COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A judge on Thursday lowered the bond for former Faith Life Church leader Gary Keesee Jr. less than two weeks before his trial on 32 counts of sex-related charges.
Knox County Judge Richard Wetzel previously set bond at $2 million with no provision for paying 10% for Keesee in April. After a motion to reduce the bond amount by Keesee’s attorney, Sam Shamansky, Judge Wetzel lowered the bond to $1 million and allowed 10% to be posted, meaning Keesee could put down $100,000 and leave jail.
As of Thursday evening, Keesee no longer appears in the Knox County Jail…
