FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio — One person is dead and another is in custody after a shooting in Franklin Township early Sunday morning, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Lt. Dave Ratliff, of the Franklin Township Police Department, told 10TV officers were sent to an apartment in the 300 block of Sherwood Forest East, near Westport Road, around 3:30 a.m.
