COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A report from the Health Policy Institute of Ohio highlighted certain health disparities between Ohioans based on race.
The report shows the challenges for Black Ohioans and infant mortality. Carrie Almasi, director of assessment and planning at the Health Policy Institute, said certain groups of Ohioans face barriers that create opportunity gaps in equal healthcare access.
