OHIO — The Dayton Police Department is searching for 12-year-old Favor Williams, who was last seen Tuesday afternoon.
Williams was reported missing from the 300 block of West Second Street around 2:50 p.m. on Nov. 25. He was wearing a red jogging suit at the time.
