COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Authorities in Franklin County have issued a Missing Adult Alert for Brian E. Napper, a 56-year-old Black man who walked away from his home Tuesday morning.
Napper was last seen on Buena Vista Avenue in Columbus on at about 5:30 a.m.
