Man to be arraigned for alleged arson at Dublin gas station

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A man who allegedly set fire to a gas station earlier this week is expected to appear in court today.

Carl Foster Jr., 39, is set to be arraigned at 9 a.m. on one count of aggravated arson.

Court documents allege that Foster set a fire at the Marathon Gas Station at 215 W. Bridge St. in Dublin on Tuesday at 5:48 p.m. The fire damaged the gas station, which was occupied by an employee at the time of the incident. Officers used video evidence to identify a suspect, who was later identified as Foster.
