One dead in Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is dead after a shooting in the North Linden neighborhood of Columbus Saturday afternoon.

According to a Columbus police media release, officers responded to a shooting in the 2600 block of Osceola Avenue just before 1 p.m. Columbus police say the victim, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene by Columbus fire shortly after 1 p.m.
