The victim, now identified as 42-year-old Keith A. Morgan, died as a result of a shooting, receiving the fatal gunshot wound in a residence on the 30 Block of N. Hampton Rd. The incident occurred on November 21 at precisely 6:55 pm, though the demise of Mr. Morgan was not confirmed until 7:56 pm at a local area hospital.
