OHIO — A Wheeling man was taken into custody Tuesday after the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit arrested him on an outstanding drug trafficking warrant.
Deputies said 39-year-old Samuel Jermaine Pete was found carrying a bulk quantity of methamphetamine pills along with a substantial amount of crack cocaine at the time of his arrest.
A subsequent search of his hotel room in the St. Clairsville area uncovered materials used for drug manufacturing and packaging, according to the sheriff’s office…
