OHIO — A 70-year-old man has died after being shot Friday night in north Toledo, according to police.
Authorities said officers responded to a report of a shooting shortly after 7 p.m. at a residence on North Ontario Street, located between Elm and Chestnut streets. When officers arrived, they found 70-year-old Scott Hirchfield suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Hirchfield was transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital for treatment, where he later died from his injuries…
