COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Franklin County grand jury indicted a 27-year-old suspect accused of fatally beating a 66-year-old man at an Applebee’s restaurant earlier this month.
According to Franklin County Municipal Court documents, officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the Applebee’s restaurant located at 2755 Brice Rd. for a report of an assault.
