OHIO — An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a woman reported missing in Champaign County.
According to the Champaign County Communications Center, Ruth Watts, 70, was last seen around 6:30 a.m. walking away from her home on East Court Street in Urbana. Authorities say she has not returned home since.
Watts is described as standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a black coat with a hood, black shorts, and a yellow or red top. Officials believe she was not wearing shoes…
