DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) — A Dublin man with a history of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol has been arrested on the same charge for the 10th time.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, troopers of the Columbus post clocked John Breneman, 54, traveling at a high speed on Interstate 270 South near the East Broad Street exit on the east side of the city. Breneman was observed showing signs of impairment, the OSHP said, and a warrant for a blood draw was obtained.

While those results remain pending, at the time of his arrest, which occurred on the evening of Dec. 18, Breneman was driving with a suspended license, and he was taken to Franklin County Jail.
Records show that Breneman, of Dublin, has nine prior convictions for operating a vehicle under the influence. He was previously convicted in 1993, twice in 2004, 2008, 2010, 2016 and three times in 2017. He has also faced charges of gross sexual imposition, vandalism, and assault in 2006, 2001, and 1999, respectively…
